At MedOfficeDirect, we work to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delayed, or refunded when fulfillment is not possible.

Orders are reviewed and processed during normal business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, depending on product availability, supplier confirmation, payment verification, and order volume.

Product Availability and Fulfillment

Some products listed on our website may be fulfilled directly from our warehouse, supplier network, manufacturer, or authorized distributor.

If an item is unavailable, discontinued, backordered, restricted, or otherwise unable to be fulfilled, we will notify the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

Refund for Unfulfilled Orders

If MedOfficeDirect is unable to fulfill an order within 3 business days from the date the order is placed, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Please include the order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item arrived damaged.
