Fast growing, e-commerce business is seeking a professional customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience as an LPN or medical assistant with an understanding of medical products and supplies needed in a medical practice. Based in our Naples office, this person will be responsible for providing a high level of support to our clients and physician members throughout the US. Must have high energy, strong attention to detail, and excellent writing, speaking and problem solving skills. This person should be an enthusiastic, people-focused, results driven professional who understands the medical market and takes pride in building relationships with customers. Requirements: Understanding of medical supplies Expertise with email, Microsoft Office and phone communication Strong attention to detail Ability to communicate well with physicians (Initial focus will be on the OB/GYN market) Be willing to provide world-class customer service Motivated, proactive, energetic personality important for success in this role A quick thinker, process oriented and organized Primary responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries regarding medical products, with an initial focus on OB/GYN market Assist sales reps with finding products and completing proposals Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, billing inquiries and technical issues Use best judgement and established standard operating procedures to process customer orders Review all orders, requests, inquiries and contact customers via email or phone to clarify issues and provide status update Please send resume with cover letter.
