Organize patient charts, files or records with these index divider sheets and tabs. Tabs are designed for both bottom and side indexing and attach easily to divider sheets. Printed black on white with a colored edge for easy recognition, tabs are available in the most commonly used titles. The ruled divider sheets are made of 110 lb. white index stock and are seven hole punched for use with fasteners in folders or in three ring binders.
